1) Retail Store Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure seamless functioning
- Maintain smooth workflow across all workstations throughout the day
- Uphold company standards, and SOP, and ensure staff work towards daily targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping environment aligned with our brand image
- Manage store inventory, and promptly notify management of low stock levels
- Train and facilitate the integration of new employees
- Act as a key liaison between the office and store, collaborating closely with management for effective store operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in fashion retail as a retail manager
- Passion for the retail industry, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities
- Service-oriented, hands-on, with adept customer-handling skills
- Independent yet a team player, possessing a pleasant personality. A self-motivated learner with high initiative and a willingness to grow
- Ability to adapt to changes and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, preferably with knowledge of e-commerce

2) Customer Service Intern
Responsibilities
- Attend to all customers' emails, messages on all social media platforms, and all customer service-related matters
- Require critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Work closely with the Operations department for day-to-day matters
- Able to commit to work on rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
Requirements
- Proficient and fluent in English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Singaporean or PR based in Singapore only
- Minimum commitment period of 6 months

3) Creative Intern
Responsibilities:
- Create graphic assets for the team
- Color correction of product images
- Design and create various campaigns and collateral across channels
- Maintaining a consistent approach and high level of creativity across all assets
- Creation of IG/TikTok artworks according to campaign and content
- Research, analyze, and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions/discussions within the team on how to improve the delivery of content on all social platforms
- Assist in ensuring that all assets are delivered as promised
- Assist in photoshoots when necessary
- Support in the creation of artwork and content (photos and videos) for our social channels
- Creating daily graphics for Instagram Stories
- Styling flat lays
Requirements:
- Excellent design skills, especially typography
- Adept in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
- Basic knowledge of image editing and retouching
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Videography and post-editing skills are required
- Knowledge of creating content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Knowledge of photography, and handling DSLRs will be a plus
- Quick thinking and problem-solving attitude in tackling obstacles that may compromise workflow, capacity, and/or quality

4) Operations Intern
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing of parcels)
- Dispatch of international orders
- Liaising with courier partners
- Stocktake/arrangement of racks
- Stocking up for retail store
- Processing of walk-ins/exchanges and returns
- Upholding team efficiency and ensuring operations run smoothly within the timeline
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Experience in e-commerce operations/similar is preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
